For young readers looking to explore a variety of genres, this program includes bi-weekly book reviews, creative activities, and virtual book discussions with the help of mentors who can guide them through complex text and help them improve their reading skills. We will read a mix of 6 fiction and non-fiction books on an alternating monthly schedule to drive fun and learning.
For young adults, this program delves deeper into complex themes, societal issues, and advanced literary critique, preparing them for college-level discussions and to successfully deal with the complexities of adulthood. We’ll focus on non-fiction and may throw in 1 fiction book in the course of the year.
Designed for teens, this program focuses on in-depth book analysis, discussions on character development, critical thinking and self awareness exercises to help them see new perspectives and take lessons for their own self development. We will read a minimum of 8 non-fiction books through the year and explore 1 fiction book every quarter.
Our Building Faith Through Stories program aims to introduce children to foundational biblical principles through fun, age-appropriate stories, and interactive activities that make faith come alive, to help young readers understand and enjoy the Bible, while nurturing a love for God’s Word and building strong moral foundations.
Our Strengthening Faith for Life program aims to deepen teens’ understanding of the Bible and equip them with tools to navigate life’s challenges with a strong, Christ-centered perspective, to help them build a personal relationship with God, strengthen their faith, and develop the confidence to live out their beliefs as young leaders.
